Vegan Recipe: Chocolate Mousse

This wonderful dessert is super easy to make and will wow your friends.

What you need:

  • 2 cups (12 oz) nondairy semisweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz silken tofu (soft or firm)
  • 1/2 cup nondairy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

What you do:

  1. Melt chocolate chips in microwave.
  2. Place tofu in blender or food processor. Add all ingredients and process until completely smooth.
  3. Chill mixture in serving bowls or in a low fat graham cracker crust for at least 1 hour before serving.
