This wonderful dessert is super easy to make and will wow your friends.
What you need:
- 2 cups (12 oz) nondairy semisweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz silken tofu (soft or firm)
- 1/2 cup nondairy milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
What you do:
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave.
- Place tofu in blender or food processor. Add all ingredients and process until completely smooth.
- Chill mixture in serving bowls or in a low fat graham cracker crust for at least 1 hour before serving.
